GRIZZLIES HEAD NORTH FOR PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT

SUDBURY, ON -- The Georgian Grizzlies women’s volleyball participated in their first tournament of the year, the Cambrian Invitational, under new head coach Danielle Tamm.
The Grizzlies got off to a good start with a 2-1 (26-24. 23-25, 15-12) victory over the Boreal Vipers.
In their second match of the day, Georgian lost 2-0 (25-16, 25-21) to the Centennial Colts to finish in second place in their pool.
In the semi-finals on Sunday, the George Brown Huskies beat the Grizzlies 2-0 (25-18, 34-32).
Georgian will continue their exhibition season on Wednesday, October 4th when they host the Redeemer Royals at 6:00 p.m.
