Grizzlies dominate in North Bay, win in straight sets.

North Bay, ON -- Grizzlies dominate their trip to North Bay, defeat Canadore in straight sets and re-claim first place in the East Division. The final score was 3-0 in favor of Georgian, with set scores of 25-23, 27-25, and 25-17.

In the first set, Georgian took an early lead with a score of 25-23. Canadore put up a fight but couldn't match Georgian's performance. The second set was closely contested, with both teams displaying strong offensive skills. However, Georgian managed to secure a narrow victory with a score of 27-25. In the final set, Georgian dominated the game, winning comfortably with a score of 25-17.

Georgian's coach was pleased with his team's performance, particularly their attacking and serving skills. Kenneth Ang (Edmonton, AB), the team's setter, played a crucial role in distributing the ball effectively, recording 20 assists. Liam Ludlow (Barrie, ON) was the top scorer for Georgian, contributing 8 kills. Shaun McLaughlin (Toronto, ON) and Tyrell Belgrove (Markham, ON) also made significant contributions with 3 kills each.

Overall, Georgian College's men's volleyball team showcased their skills and emerged victorious against Canadore College. Their strong attacking and serving skills, coupled with effective teamwork, led to their success in the match. 

The Grizzlies hit the road on wednesday for a match against the George Brown Huskies.
