Grizzlies hit the links for opening round at the 2023 CCAA Golf National Championships

Québec City, QC – The Georgian Grizzlies golf team participated in the opening round of CCAA Golf National Championships yesterday, hosted by RSEQ and Cégep Champlain St. Lawrence held at Club de Golf Lorette.

Gavin Prosser (Johnstown, ON) finished round one with the best individual score on the day for the Grizzlies with a 76, tied in 22^nd in the field of 56 golfers. Matthew Inglis (Barrie, ON) is tied in 30^th shooting a 78, Chris Miller (Huntsville, ON) is tied for 33^rd shooting a 79, Graeme MacDougall (Huntsville, ON) is tied for 42^nd shooting a 81, and Colton Day (Kamloops, BC), is tied in 46^th shooting a 84. 

Bryden Dilley (Barrie, ON) is tied in seventh-place after shooting 81 in the opening round.

The Grizzlies play the second round of the 2023 CCAA Golf National Championships in Québec City today.
