InBody FAQ's:
What is InBody?
The InBody is an accurate body composition analyzer that uses safe, low-level electrical currents to determine body composition results such as Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass & Percentage, Basal Metabolic Rate, and much more in only 15 seconds.
How is an InBody test performed?
Safe, low-level electrical currents are sent throughout the body via the hand and foot electrodes. The obstruction of the currents encountered is measured, and from there, your body composition is derived.
How often should you test?
It is recommended to test every 2-4 weeks to monitor and track the progress.
What is an InBody result sheet?
Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user, including lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body.
Can anyone not perform this test?
If you have a pacemaker or are pregnant you should refrain from using the InBody.
