As part of Mental Health Month, Georgian Athletics will be offering a special Zensation schedule from Mar. 12-16 focusing on relaxing the body and mind.
This additional schedule will be offered on top of the normal fitness schedule at the Barrie campus Fitness Centre.
During the week introductory classes will be offered including various Yoga classes and Tai Chi and more.
There will also be a special Glow in the Dark Yoga class on Tuesday, Mar. 13 at 8 p.m.
All classes are drop-in and free to members of the Georgian Fitness Centre.

Friday Flow: This class will link postures in a progressive, dynamic way and incorporate natural rhythms of breathing.
Mantra Yoga: Mantra Yoga is a fusion of physical practice with powerful vibrations of Sanskrit mantras.
Mediyoga: This class includes fluid, meditative movements that are linked with breathing followed by an extended Shavasana.
Sweet Surrender: A delicious, easy class focused on creating space and peace. This is a grounding, slow and meditative practice. Suitable for all levels.
TaiChi Foundations – Moving Meditation: Learn the fundamental TaiChi principles and movement in one hour. As a simple gentle martial art form, TaiChi is one of the greatest breathing exercises, can clear the mind, calm the emotions and relax the body. Yoga: A classical yoga class that will help improve strength and mobility, restoring it from the stresses of training and everyday life. Relax and restore your mind as you move through a variety of poses that include levels for everyone.
Yoga (Glow in the Dark): This is a classical yoga class (as noted above) while incorporating glow in the dark lights and sticks to enhance your experience. Limited space is available, arrive early to secure your spot.
Yoga Flow: Yoga flow is a style of yoga that links postures in a progressive, dynamic way and incorporates natural rhythms of synchronized breathing.
Zen Yoga: This class includes fluid, meditative movements that are linked with breathing.
