During the month of November Georgian Athletics will once again be running the 30 for 30 Active Living Challenge.
We invite everyone to challenge themselves to incorporate 30 minutes of activity into each day, for 30 days from Nov. 1 through 30.
The challenge is open to all students, staff, fitness centre members, and alumni at any Georgian College campus.
Signing up is free and easy, just fill out the registration form.
Each week you will receive an email with great tips, stories and feedback to help you through the challenge.
In your email you will submit your minutes of activity from the previous week. Everyone who hits the weekly target of 210 minutes (30 mins. a day) will be entered in a prize draw for some excellent prizes.
